Hello wonderful and patient customers!

Thanks for putting up with yet another absence! We’re doing a home-schooling adventure year with our 10-year-old daughter, Meredith, and we had a fun (and educational!) road trip down the highway to America!

We will bake again for November 12th, and we’ll be baking once or twice a month at least through February.  Here is our schedule!

Wednesday, November 12

pan loaves: levain, spent grain
hearth loaves: Kalamata olive, fresh rosemary, fruited almond

Wednesday, December 10
pan loaves: Alaskan baked potato, spent grain
hearth loaves: toasted seed, dark chocolate & cherry, fruited almond

Wednesday, December 17
pan loaves: levain, spent grain
hearth loaves: fresh rosemary, dark chocolate & cherry, fruited almond

Wednesday, January 14
pan loaves: Alaskan baked potato, spent grain
hearth loaves: Kalamata olive, onion rye, raisin & toasted pecan

Wednesday, February 11
pan loaves: levain, spent grain
hearth loaves: toasted walnut, fresh rosemary, fruited almond

1.  Side Street Espresso, 412 G Street, downtown: 8-10am
2.  Inspire Physical Therapy, 1120 Huffman Rd, Suite 19 (south side of Huffman & Old Seward): 4-6pm
