Hello, sourdough fans!

We have some great news fo you!  The dried sweetened cherries that we love to put in our CHOCOLATE CHERRY sourdough are back in stock after months and months and so we will put it on the baking schedule for the holidays.  Yippiee!

You can start ordering NOW, to pick up your bread on Wednesday, October 10th!  When you order, you will get an email confirmation from us.  If you don’t get one right away please look in your Spam/Junk mailbox.  If you still don’t get one please check in with us!  Thank you!

Because of the three-day fermentation of the sourdough, the bread is a great keeper. It freezes and thaws beautifully, and stays fresh on your counter for at least a week. If you’ll be out of town or have a conflict on a pickup day, just give me a call and we can try and arrange a different plan for your bread pickup. (907) 312 0592.

Here’s what we’re baking for pickup on Wednesday, October 10th: (please order by Sunday, October 7th):

Savory hearth loaves will be the KALAMATA OLIVE and the TOASTED WALNUT.  Our olive bread is so loaded with Greek olives that even when I’m cutting small pieces to share for samples, there is an olive in every bite.  The Toasted Walnut is packed with huge chunks of rich, toasted walnuts, this loaf is unbelievably good as toast with a slice of cheese melting on top.

The sweet loaf will be the FRUITED ALMOND sourdough. I love a slice for breakfast, or for an afternoon snack.

100% whole grain pan loaves will be POTATO (100% whole wheat sourdough with roasted potatos) and the ever-popular SPENT GRAIN sourdough.

You’ll need to order your bread by MIDNIGHT on Sunday October 7th, so we have time to plan our bake, feed our sourdough, and pre-ferment the dough! 

Pick-up locations for Wednesday, October 10th:
1.  Side Street Espresso, 412 G Street, downtown: 8-10am
2.  Inspire Physical Therapy, 1120 Huffman Rd, Suite 19 (south side of Huffman & Old Seward): 4-6pm
