where to find the bread?
During the winter (October-May), we sell our bread by pre-order through our website and email bulletin. Each time we are preparing to bake, I send out an email bulletin that lets you know the varieties we’ll be baking, and then you can pre-order your loaves through the website (or, failing that, by email or phone). You’ll need to pre-order the bread by midnight on Sunday, so we have time to feed our sourdough and pre-ferment the right amount of dough. Then you pick up your bread from us on Wednesdays, choosing from our two delivery locations.
Pick-up locations for Wednesdays:
1. Side Street Espresso, 412 G Street, downtown: 8-10am
2. Inspire Physical Therapy, at 1120 Huffman Rd, Suite 19 (in the mall at Huffman and Old Seward): 4-6pm

During the summer (June through September), we sell our bread at the Saturday South Anchorage Farmers’ Market.
Location: Subway/Cellular One Sports Centre at the corner of Old Seward & O’Malley
Hours: 9am-2pm (Get there early for the best bread selection!)
Dates: June through early October
