Issue #96

You can order bread NOW for pickup on January 14th! Sign up for our email newsletter on the left margin if you’d like to get a reminder email when it’s time to order for the February 11 bake.

NOTE: If you’re picking up bread at the Huffman location, at Inspire Physical Therapy, they are moving three doors down, in the same mall at 1120 Huffman Road, to Suite 16.

Here’s what we’re baking for Wednesday, January 14th.
(Please order by Sunday, January 11.)

For pan loaves, we will be baking my personal favorite, the ALASKAN BAKED POTATO sourdough. And we always bake the SPENT GRAIN sourdough!

Savory hearth loaves will be KALAMATA OLIVE sourdough and ONION RYE sourdough.

Our sweet hearth loaves will be the RAISIN & TOASTED PECAN sourdough.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in the New Year!
