Issue #97

You can order bread NOW for pickup on February 11th!

NOTE: If you’re picking up bread at the Huffman location, at Inspire Physical Therapy, they have moved three doors down, in the same mall at 1120 Huffman Road, to Suite 16.

Here’s what we’re baking for Wednesday, February 11th.
(Please order by Sunday, February 7.)

For pan loaves, we will be baking our 100% whole grain sourdough LEVAIN. And we always bake the SPENT GRAIN sourdough!

Savory hearth loaves will be the 100% whole wheat TOASTED WALNUT sourdough and the FRESH ROSEMARY sourdough.

Our sweet hearth loaves will be the FRUITED ALMOND sourdough. It makes great breakfast toast, and a great snack anytime
