Issue #98

You can order bread NOW for pickup on March 18!

NOTE: The March delivery date will be the LAST bake before we start baking for the Saturday South Anchorage Farmers Market, on June 13. So stock up as much as you’ll need until June. The bread freezes and thaws very nicely.

Here’s what we’re baking for Wednesday, March 18.
(Please order by Sunday, March 15.)

For pan loaves, we will be baking our 100% whole grain ALASKAN POTATO sourdough. And we always bake the SPENT GRAIN sourdough!

Savory hearth loaves will be the 100% whole wheat TOASTED SEED sourdough and the KALAMATA OLIVE sourdough.

Our sweet hearth loaves will be the FRUITED ALMOND sourdough. It makes great breakfast toast, and a great snack anytime.
